Aestique Plastic Surgery was an extremely successful surgical center, but Aestique Medspa was not so much. Dr Lazzaro was tired of his plastic surgery center supporting the medspa that was not self-supportive and not profitable.
Lynda, Dr. Lazzaro’s wife, was feeling the frustration managing the medspa. She went online searching for business solutions to help them turn the ship around.
