Aestique Plastic Surgery was an extremely successful surgical center, but Aestique Medspa was not so much. Dr Lazzaro was tired of his plastic surgery center supporting the medspa that was not self-supportive and not profitable.
Lynda, Dr. Lazzaro’s wife, was feeling the frustration managing the medspa. She went online searching for business solutions to help them turn the ship around. She came across Dori explaining The VPG compensation, a performance-based compensation model and she liked was she was hearing. Lynda set up a Success Planning Session and they became members so they can help her medical spa succeed.
The transformation began with a financial assessment to discover the financial ratios and quickly we realized their prices were too low, the team was being compensated a flat rate with no targets and no expectations. They were in need of a transformation. We began by creating a financial forecast, a new menu and pricing and implemented a new compensation model. With these structures, systems, strategies and solutions in-mind we were able to launch the new vision!
