Meet Denise Dubois

The Challenge

Denise opened Complexions over 30 years ago, though she was generating revenue, she was not very profitable. I was speaking at a conference when we first met. Denise was in “overwhelm” mode. She was working super hard, had over 100 employees and she was being pulled in a thousand direction. Her business lacked structure, systems and effective strategies to have it run on auto-pilot.

The Solution

We began with a financial assessment, and we realized immediately that her compensation was way too high and was eating up all the profits. We did the Fresh Start program. The program included a new compensation role-out and new team structure. We implemented department leads to help Denise with the daily management, we did team training on how to increase the revenue per guest and set bonuses accordingly to motivate the team and pay on performance. They went through the MedSpa Biz University and a major implementation of the business model we teach.

Aestique Plastic surgery is an extremely successful surgical center and Aestique medspa was not so much. Dr Lazzaro was tried of his plastic surgery center supporting the medspa. The medical spa was not self-supportive and not profitable.
